2022 EEO-1 Submission Deadline

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has announced that the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection will open on October 31, 2023. The deadline to file the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 report is December 5, 2023. Private employers with 100 or more employees and federal contractors with 50 or more employees must submit the annual EEO-1 report through the EEOC’s online filing system. If an employer fails to timely submit their EEO-1 report, the EEOC can obtain a court order to compel an employer to submit the report while federal contractors who fail to submit the report could lose their federal contract.
