New Form I-9 Now Available

As noted in our last blog post, the USCIS issued a new Form I-9 for employers to use. The new form should be easier to complete for both employers and employees. Employers are permitted to use the old Form I-9 through October 31, 2023. Using the old form after October 31, 2023, may subject an employer to penalties. The new form can be found on the USCIS website. You can also obtain of copy of the new Form I-9 here.
