Supreme Court Blocks OSHA ETS for Companies with 100+ Employees

Today the Supreme Court issued a per curiam opinion blocking the controversial OSHA ETS requiring employers with 100 or more employees to require their workforces to either be vaccinated or receive weekly testing. Supporting the ruling, the Court found that Congress has not given OSHA the power to enact such a mandate. In a separate opinion, the Supreme Court did allow the CMS Vaccine Mandate to take effect.
